This policy explains what information the ARIMEX website (arimex.cc) collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only.

## What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you enter in the Book a Demo form:

- your name and email address
- if you choose to provide them: your company name and a message about what you would like an AI agent to handle

## Why we collect it

We use your demo request only to respond to it, arrange a demo and follow up with you about ARIMEX. We don’t use it for advertising and we don’t sell it.

## Where it’s stored and who can see it

Your request is sent to the ARIMEX server and stored in the ARIMEX database. The website and the database are hosted by Railway, in the United States. Only the ARIMEX team can access demo requests.

We don’t share demo requests with other third parties.

## How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for as long as we need it to respond and follow up with you. If you become a customer, we keep the details needed to work with you. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

## Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or third-party tracking for visitors, and it doesn’t store anything in your browser. Fonts, images and scripts are served from arimex.cc itself. See the cookie policy for details.

## Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information — such as your IP address and the pages requested — in server logs, which are used to run the service and keep it secure. Your IP address is also used briefly to limit repeated form submissions; it isn’t saved with your demo request.

## Security

Information you send is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to stored demo requests is restricted to authorised administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

## Your choices and requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we’ll respond to your request.

## What this policy doesn’t cover

This policy covers the ARIMEX website only. It doesn’t cover the AI assistants that ARIMEX customers run for their own customers; how those conversations are handled is agreed with each business. The ConversioX website has its own privacy policy.

## Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
