# Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid ARIMEX services unless your agreed proposal or order says otherwise.

## Demos

Demos are free. Requesting one doesn’t commit you to anything.

## Minimum term

Some services have a minimum term, stated in your proposal or order. Fees for the minimum term are payable in full.

## Cancelling

After any minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice by email. Your service continues until the end of the notice period.

## Refunds

- Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded.
- Setup and onboarding fees are not refundable once setup work has begun.
- If you paid twice or were charged in error, we refund the incorrect amount.

## Questions

If something isn’t working as agreed, email us first — we’d rather fix it.
