These terms apply to your use of the ARIMEX website (arimex.cc). If you become a customer, the proposal or order you agree with us sets out the services, fees and any minimum term, and these terms apply alongside it. If the two differ, your agreed proposal or order takes priority.
About ARIMEX
ARIMEX builds AI assistants for businesses: assistants that answer customers from a business’s own information and guide conversations to bookings, order requests, products and leads. ConversioX is ARIMEX’s product for restaurants.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about ARIMEX and to request a demo. Please don’t misuse it — for example by trying to disrupt it, access parts of it that aren’t public or submit automated or false requests.
Information on this website
We describe what ARIMEX does as accurately as we can. Product screenshots show a demo business with sample data. Examples and workflows are illustrative; what a specific setup includes is confirmed with you before you commit. Website content may change as the product changes.
Demos and proposals
Requesting a demo doesn’t create any obligation for you or for us. Pricing is agreed per business after we understand your requirements; nothing on this website is an offer at a fixed price.
Services for customers
When you become a customer:
- the services, fees, billing period and any minimum term are those in your agreed proposal or order
- you are responsible for the business information you provide to the assistant, and for having the right to use it
- AI answers are generated from the information provided and can occasionally be wrong; your business stays responsible for its own services, prices and decisions, and the assistant is set up to hand off to your team rather than guess
- cancellation and refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy unless your proposal says otherwise
Intellectual property
The ARIMEX name, website design and content belong to ARIMEX, except third-party images, which are credited on the page where they appear and used under their licences. Your business information remains yours.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ARIMEX is not liable for losses caused by relying on general website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Changes don’t alter a proposal or order you have already agreed.
